the official submission dates for Project II and Visual Communication II are as follows:
submission date of Project II: 20th of May, 14:00-17:00, at 3400.
submission date of Visual Communication II: 21st of May, 14:00-17:00, at 3400. (but you can – if you want – make an early submission of VC 2 in the submission date of PR 2.)
for the Submission of Visual Communication II on 21st of may, 14:00-17:00, in 3400:
you will be submitting your Visual Communication II-Folders AND Portfolios (for the students who attend Project II: the portfolio will include the projects that have been worked on in Project II. for the students who don’t attend the Project II: the portfolio should either include the works that have been produced for Visual Communication II, or the Project studio they have been attending this semester.).
the folders should include all the projects that you have worked on for Visual Communication II, all the panels, posters and drawings should be placed in the folder.
for the works that have been prepared as groups, one of the members in the group should put the original to his/her folder and the others should put a copy of it into theirs.
also please put two A3 copies of your favorite panels amongst all the works that you have produced for the Visual Communication II studio, in addition to the originals in the folder.
please remember,
*don’t mix up the different courses within TES. each folder should clearly state the name of the course to avoid any confusion.
*please add a photograph of yourself on your folders.
*you should prepare merged pdf files for each course. this means you should prepare 2 different pdf files. one for Project II, one for Visual Communication II. the size of the pdf files should not exceed 30mb. and each file should contain all the works that you have prepared for the said course. so Visual Communication file should contain all the works prepared for this studio. and these files should be named in the following formats: “TES-VC2_#CRN#_0201#####_NameNameSurname.pdf”, “”TES-PR2_#CRN#_0201#####_NameNameSurname.pdf”
*you should upload these pdf files to google drive -into folders called “final_submission_project2” and “final_submission_viscom2” for project and viscom- until the end of submission period.
and please don’t be late: we will not be able to accept the late submissions.
